Large and beautiful comfortable chalet (sleeps 15) with private jacuzzi, relaxation / gym / fitness area, video library, games room, table tennis, billiards, table football, pétanque field and view of Lac des Fades.
The chalet, located on enclosed and planted grounds (1500m2), can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony. Living room, flat screen TV, 50m2 shaded terrace ...
Our weekly rates are inclusive of all charges (water, electricity, gas, tourist tax) for a number of occupants between 8 and 10 people.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme. Le chalet est très bien amenagé et très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Didier est disponible et accueillant. Je recommande cette location pour un séjour en famille et entre amis.

Très bon séjour dans un chalet au calme et avec une vue magnifique. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible. Le billard et le jacuzzi sont un plus indéniable pour passer du bon temps entre amis ou en famille . Je recommande !

La Chazotte
Nous avons passé un bon week-end en famille à la chazotte dans le gîte de la Datcha. Superbe vue sur le lac. On a profité du Jacuzzi. Les lits y sont confortables et le calme règne dans ce lieu dit de la Chazotte. Merci à Didier.

Très bel emplacement et jardin mais ...
Très bel emplacement et jardin pour ce chalet qui manque d’entretien général. L’accueil du propriétaire était agréable. Mais nous avons eu un gros problème de punaises de lit. Malgré un avis sur google posté 2 jours avant notre arrivée signalant des punaises, le propriétaire nous a rassurés, disant qu’il ne connaissait pas l’auteur de cet avis, qu’il s’était probablement trompé de logement et qu’il n’avait jamais eu ce problème. Après 5 jours les piqures commençaient à apparaître ainsi que les punaises. Après avoir contacté le propriétaire, celui-ci nous a dit qu’il avait fait son enquête, qu’il était au courant et que probablement (sans le moindre déplacement de sa part), le problème était limité et nous a offert la location des draps et le nettoyage, soit moins de 6% du montant en compensations. Plus de la moitié des locataires sont partis avant la fin du séjour. Les 6 couples et leurs enfants (de 4 mois à 5 ans) ont dû mettre tous les bagages en quarantaine et certaines punaises ont été retrouvées de retour de vacances. L’ambiance de fin de séjour et le stress généré par la recherche et le traitement de ces punaises a pénalisé complètement cette semaine de vacances. Il est totalement inadmissible que le propriétaire au courant n’ait rien dit aux locataires laissant le problème se propager. J’espère que cet avis servira aux suivants qui doivent reprendre la location le lundi, 2 jours après notre départ.
