We open the bay window to let in the sound of the waves and make way for holidays: The change of scenery is instant and total! This charming 42m2 freshly renovated apartment could not be better located for a holiday for 4 in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.

In just a few steps, you are on the main beach, restaurants and bars are just a few hundred metres away.



The night area consists of a room with two single beds that can be brought together to form a large bed and a room with a double bed as well as a comfortable bathroom with a shower.

The bright living area has an open kitchen overlooking the lounge, with a bay window facing the ocean. Fully equipped, the kitchen area is fitted with induction hobs, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two coffee makers (filter and Espresso), a toaster and a kettle. The terrace, facing the large beach, extends the living area, where you will be comfortably installed to have breakfast. Internet access, television and electric heating add comfort to this cosy apartment. Another major asset; the private outdoor parking space will allow you to park easily.
