Cocoonr agency offers this 70m² house for rent, which can easily accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a neat double living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Senseo machine, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, etc.). Upstairs, the sleeping area and shower room await you, with a master bedroom with 160cm bedding and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. You can also enjoy the 150 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Two bedrooms One with 4 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival

Très bonne semaine

Maison agréable bien équipée avec quelques jouets pour un enfant de 5 ans. Jardin petit mais bien orienté. Seul petit bemol, la maison mitoyenne est non entrenue. Les échanges avec l'agence Cocoon qui gère ce logement se sont tres bien déroulés. La localisation du logement n'est pas en centre-ville mais tout est disponible à 10 minutes en voiture. Je recommande !!
