lots of problems, hidden charges, not returning deposit in full, ridiculous accusations
the Apartment is convenient for buses and a short walk to the village, Having stayed in other apartments in this block many times, This Apartment has been newly acquired by the present owners, It is bright airy and nicely furnished, Though as always with these places, there is never enough storage space, the biggest immediate concern is the second bedroom, (the property is listed as a two bed Apartment)very misleading, people are often clever with their photographs, this room is Tiny, a Jack & jill arrangement with sliding doors from the lounge and bathroom, the furniture in there is child size, the room being in the eves, you need to crawl in, u cannot stand up, its only suitable for a child though with doors closed its very claustrophobic, no windows, The kitchen is modern but small in work surface with a high surface counter not very practical, The Main bedroom is up a flight of stairs, a Lovely room with its own en-suite shower , but lacking a toilet, The bathroom is pleasant , with the only toilet being along a corridor, On arrival at the apartment we were meet by their representative, to be given keys etc, but on departure she failed to show,( to return keys and check over apartment) re a large compulsory deposit ) Despite making confirmed arrangements with her during our stay, only showing up as i was leaving the block to make my transfer home, So no proper check out was done, This is were the fun starts, We had left the apartment in good order, ( a sizeable cleaning fee had been included in the stay costs)all washing up had gone through the dishwasher, yet after vacating the apartment through many e mails, we were told all cutlery and crockery had to be washed up again, We were told it took the cleaners double the time ( this is the same person that meet us to check in )to clean the apartment , we were informed by email that during our stay we should of hoovered and moped the floor,!!!!! ( if you pay a cleaning fee YOU are never expected to hoover or Mop floors, ) we were accused of keeping a dog their whilst staying ,( SOMEBODY apparently had seen one of our party "in the company of a dog in the village" quite what that means is ODD, Though no one came to the apartment to challenge this during our stay,) a claim we fervently denied, having flown from the uk to simply ski, subsequently ongoing unresolved deposit monies not being fully paid, a far from satisfactory stay, id avoid this place, there are many other places to stay
