Chalet familial et moderne pour les amoureux de randonnées et de nature. Cadre exceptionnel, idéal pour s’évader, profiter du calme avec vos proches, tout en restant à proximité des points d’intérêts environnants. Vous apprécierez la dépendance parfaitement équipée, la convivialité des pièces de vie et notamment du poêle à bois, mais surtout la vue majestueuse sur la vallée, la montagne et les bois. En hiver, important de prévoir un véhicule adapté et ses équipements. Bienvenue chez vous !



Cette propriété se compose d`un chalet principal (100m2 - 7pax) et d`une dépendance autonome (mazot 18m2 - 2pax). Dans le chalet réparti sur 2 étages vous trouverez

> RdC: entrée en véranda; séjour convivial avec poêle à bois et accès à la terrasse; espace repas (8pax); cuisine ouverte et parfaitement équipée (lave-vaisselle, cuisinière gaz, blender, etc); buanderie (toilette, lave-linge, sèche linge, fer)

> Etage: 2 chambres double (1x lit 140, 1x lit 160), chambre enfant (3x lits 90cm), salle de bain (baignoire, lavabo, toilettes) et balcon.

Pour ce qui est du Mazot situé dans le jardin, vous aurez plaisir à disposer d`un espace indépendant et composé de: séjour avec espace repas (2pax), kitchenette ouverte sur pièce de vie, mezzanine avec lit double, salle de bain (douche, lavabo, toilette)



Cadre exceptionnel où vous profiterez de la quiétude des environs, nichée au milieu d’une vallée escarpée, dans un hameau en pleine nature. Beaucoup de chemin de randonnée et passage notamment du trail et chemin du tour du mont blanc à proximité. Idéal pour une parenthèse avec vos proches.



Faute de transport en commun à proximité, l`accès au chalet ne se fait qu`en voiture. En hiver, il faut prévoir des chaînes et nous recommandons même un véhicule à 4 roues motrices car la route d’accès au hameau est pentue et escarpée. Accessible par tout type de véhicules en été. Stationnement privatif dans le garage du chalet ainsi que dans notre allée.

Il vous faudra 30min pour rejoindre Megève et pour la vallée de Chamonix. Comptez 1h15 pour Annecy et Genève.
