Logement bruyant, passage de véhicules toutes la journée, terrain de tennis de 8h00 à 22h00 et musique jusqu'à 00h00 de restaurant en face, logement sale pas entretenu, flexible de douche percé, fauteuil taché,frigo douteux,etc...
