Located in Sables Vignier, in the town of Saint Georges d'Oléron (Oleron Island - 17), our house is only 5 minutes walk by the forest of a beautiful sandy beach (beach Sands Vignier) .
Large garden of nearly 4.000m² under the pines. The house is located in the old village of Les Sables Vignier and it borders the forest. The environment is very calm.
Of a surface of 250m ² with very nice volumes, the home comprises 6 rooms - 14 beds. This is a very pleasant house, the rooms are large and the interior traffic is very well designed. The bathrooms are marble.
On the ground floor :

- A double living room with fireplace, 2 sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, bluetooth sound bar, dining room for 14 people
- A large clean and functional kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, multifunctional robot

Perfektes Haus, perfekte Lage!
Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer sowie der Hausverwaltung war sehr einfach, schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst ist groß. Wir waren mit 10 Personen da, 14 finden dort laut Inserat Platz (wobei ein Zimmer dann mit vier Personen belegt wird). Die Räume sind wirklich üppig groß und man hat tollen Stauraum. Rings um das ganze Haus ist eine Terrasse, der Garten ist gigantisch und es gibt sowohl innen als auch außen genug platz an den großen Tischen um mit der ganzen Gruppe zu Essen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Häusern ist der Platz für die genannte Anzahl somit wirklich gegeben, sehr sehr positiv!
Es gibt zwei Bäder und zwei Toiletten (KANN ein Engpass sein wenn gerade alle vom Strand kommen, aber man kommt auch gut aneinander vorbei).
Um etwas negatives zu finden könnte man ausschließlich die Küche benennen, die nun schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, daher sind die Schranktüren sehr klapperig und schließen nicht und versprühen etwas 70er Jahre Charme ;) Die Küche ist auch nicht riesig, daher kann das Kochen für eine volle 14-Personen-Gruppe etwas herausfordernd sein, funktioniert aber! Es hat uns nicht wirklich gestört und die Geräte in der Küche (Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler) sind modern und funktionieren toll!
Die Lage etwas Westlich von St. Pierre ist gut, der Strand ist über einen kleinen Fußweg (5-6min) hinter dem Haus erreichbar. Man kommt dann von den Dünen herunter an einen Strandabschnitt zwischen den von den Parkplätzen erreichbaren stellen. Somit ist dort dann auch nicht viel los, echt toll!
Der Strand selbst ist sehr schön und der Blick von den Dünen ist gigantisch. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist ein wenig von einer Bucht geschützt, deshalb sind die Wellen dort nicht so stark. Für Kinder die sich mit einem Board in die Wellen schmeißen möchten, bleibt der Surfstrand bei Vert-Bois die erste Wahl (20min mit dem Auto). Für das tägliche Bad im Meer und liegen am Strand ist es dort aber einfach PERFEKT!
Man kann auch zu Fuß die Wald- und Strandabschnitte direkt vom Haus aus erkunden, von der Nähe zu den Campingplätzen bekommt man nicht wirklich etwas mit (allerdings waren wir auch nach der Saison da).
Einen Bäcker sowie Pizza- und Burger-Imbiss hat man in 7min Fußweg am Kreisverkehr, so dass das Frühstück gesichert ist und man auch schnelle Mahlzeiten findet. Zum Einkaufen geht es 20min mit dem Auto nach St. Pierre! Alles in Allem wirklich toll - wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen!
