The Résidence Les Estivales III comprises holiday villas in a quiet location, yet close to all amenities, with a shared swimming pool.

This holiday home features a living room opening onto a veranda with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

The advantages of this seaside rental include: a south-facing terrace, washing machine, dishwasher, television, parking, and access to the shared swimming pool in summer.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.

location St cyprien plage

La location était sale ,il pleut dans la chambre(déjà signalé en 2017)Le lit de la chambre inconfortable et bruyant ,le couvre lit sale,les rideaux de la fenêtre jeté sur le lit,la barre à rideaux que j'ai retrouvé en faisant le ménage et que j'ai réparé pour remettre les rideaux en place car nous étions obliger de fermer les volets.Le lave vaisselle était sale ,l’égouttoir de l'évier tout abîmé. Les stores de la véranda inutilisables, éclairage véranda HS. Le salon de jardin véranda sale. Voila un petit résumé de ce que nous avons trouvé et que nous avons signalé à l'agence *********** mais qui n'a pas bougé et de plus la télévision fonctionnait de temps en temps. Cela à gâcher quelque peu notre séjour.

Pourrait être mieux...

Beau logement, bien équipé en électroménager. Mais le confort pourrait être amélioré : - Le lit de la chambre principale grince beaucoup et le matelas se fait vieux - A défaut d'être équipé d'une clim, il faudrait envisager de l'équiper de ventilateurs. L'accès aux toilettes est très étroit. Manque 1 ou 2 transats. Le bémol est également la prise en charge par une agence de la ville qui n'est pas à l'écoute des locataires. Et petite surprise, les états des lieux se font par les locataires, l'agence passe quand nous sommes partis, donc la caution est renvoyé 3 à 4 semaines plus tard, en espérant que ce soit bien le cas.
