Beautiful sea view. Entrance hall (pine wardrobe). Separate wall-mounted toilet. Lovely renovated and tiled bathroom (shower cubicle). Living room/lounge with TV, 160cm sofa bed (2024), rattan lounge. Kitchen area: small fridge with freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, washing machine, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle... One bedroom with a sea-view balcony (1.26m²), 1 double bed, large closet/wardrobe, pine chest of drawers. A second bedroom overlooking the terrace and the sea has two twin beds (80cm).
