En effet, je dĂ©plore la qualitĂ© de votre insonorisation entre les diffĂ©rentes chambres et parties communes et vous invite trĂšs sĂ©rieusement Ă  revoir vos isolations phoniques. J'entendais les vas et viens des personnes qui sortaient ou entraient dans leur chambres lorsque j'Ă©tais dans la partie cuisine du bas mais surtout au moment du coucher, j'entendais littĂ©ralement tout dans la chambre Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. J'entendais les conversations des personnes alors mĂȘme qu'ils ne faisaient que parler, ainsi que la tĂ©lĂ©vision alirs qu'elle Ă©tait Ă  un son trĂšs raisonnable mais surtout (et le plus gĂȘnant) j'ai entendu leur ebats amoureux alors mĂȘme qu'ils ne criaient pas non plus... Je ne vous mettrai aucunes mauvaises notes sur vos sites ou celui d'hĂŽtel.com car les autres prestations Ă©taient trĂšs correct (mĂ©nage impeccable, odeur agrĂ©able en entrant dans la chambre, type de logement, literie, etc) Ce message n'a pour seul but de vous aider dans votre expĂ©rience client. 2 eme sĂ©jour et une dĂ©ception cette fois ci .. logĂ©e au 2 eme Ă©tage , moins lumineux , Ă©clairĂ© par du velux et surtout peu adaptĂ© Ă  la situation sanitaire .. nous rĂ©servons dans ce type de logement pour pouvoir nous faire Ă  manger .. et une poĂȘle clairement usagĂ©e , pas de verre Ă  pieds , ni de tasse Ă  cafĂ© , aucun couteau pour couper du pain, pas de grille pain .. bref la cuisine pas au niveau des conditions sanitaires , mĂȘme si sur un court sĂ©jour , on devrait pouvoir avoir plus d Ă©quipement .
