This unique property offers an intimate atmosphere, as if tucked away from the world, whilst remaining easily accessible. With its heated outdoor swimming pool for the summer, its central fireplace for the winter and its integrated self-contained flat, this spacious chalet is the ideal place for a memorable holiday with family or friends. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the garden level (lower level with separate access):

– A self-contained flat comprising a cosy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for offering privacy to part of the group

– A warm and welcoming living area comprising a cosy lounge with a television and a magnificent central fireplace

– A large bay window offering direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool and the large garden
– A master suite featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), storage space, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double washbasins and a toilet

- Nature: hiking trails, forest walks and mountain bike circuits are all directly accessible from the chalet.
- Local life: the resort's shops, bakeries, mini-markets and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, there are four private parking spaces on site and two free public spaces nearby.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Briançon station, about 15 minutes' drive away
- Resort shuttle buses: run regularly in the valley to serve the various sectors
