Quiet 2-storey residence, very well placed to enjoy the resort of Serre Chevalier.

The ski slopes and shops of Chantemerle can be reached on foot (5-10 minutes from operation) or by a free shuttle bus passing in front of the residence.
A shuttle bus serving Briançon station also stops next to the residence (Paris-Briançon night train).

The entrance is located on the ground floor with a balcony on the 1st floor on the other side of the apartment.

Suitable for 4 people:

1 Living room, with sofa allowing 2 additional beds + TV
1 mountain corner (2 bunk beds),
1 bedroom (double bed 140) with window.
1 kitchen area with a small fridge + freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitro, kettle, electric coffee maker, percolator (ground coffee), toaster, raclette and fondue sets and crockery for 6 people.

Ski Holiday

Property suited us very well. With two bedrooms as well as a living room it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was well presented and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again if we came to Serre Chevalier

We really enjoyed our week's skiing in Serre Chevalier, staying at Franck's apartment. It's well-equipped throughout (note that you need to bring towels and bed linen). You can walk to the Chantmerle gondola and Franck describes a short-cut path, but it was a quiet week and we chose to drive each morning. There is a garage but we found it too difficult to get our estate car inside. You can usually find a place to park around the site.The bathroom is great but the toilet is very small! The sofa bed is easy to use and very comfortable. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook and more. We would stay there again.

L’appartement est bien placé, proche du départ des pistes de Chantemerle et des commerces (10 minutes à pied) propre et bien équipé. La communication avec Franck a été fluide et notre hôte a été très accommodant pour les horaires d’arrivée et le départ. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Appartement bien équipé (y compris pour les accessoires de cuisine) et bien situé. Les pistes de ski sont accessibles à pied (10 min). Le matelas du lit double est un peu fatigué mais reste correct. Le logement est très agréable dans l’ensemble !

Séjour à Serre Chevalier

Très agréable séjour dans un environnement sympathique proche de la montée vers le col du Granon, à deux pas de quelques superbes randonnées. Nous avons également profité des bains de Monetier après une randonnée. Bon équipement de l'appartement.
