Il s’agit de mon 4ᔉ sĂ©jour cette annĂ©e dans cet Ă©tablissement et malheureusement l’expĂ©rience a de nouveau Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevante, comme lors des sĂ©jours prĂ©cĂ©dents. Si nous continuons Ă  y revenir, c’est uniquement faute d’alternative hĂŽteliĂšre Ă  SaĂŻdia. La chambre ne rĂ©pondait pas du tout aux standards attendus. Le balcon n’a jamais Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ© et prĂ©sentait mĂȘme des toiles d’araignĂ©e, donnant l’impression qu’il ne faisait pas partie de la chambre. Le sol Ă©tait constamment nĂ©gligĂ©, le carrelage de la salle de bain trĂšs sale, et les vitres de la porte-fenĂȘtre donnant sur le balcon n’étaient jamais propres. Les serviettes Ă©taient sales dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e et malgrĂ© nos rĂ©clamations Ă  la rĂ©ception, elles n’ont jamais Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©es. On a clairement l’impression que le mĂ©nage est expĂ©diĂ©, je pense que la femme de chambre ne reste pas plus de 10 minutes dans la chambre. Cela reflĂšte un manque de gestion et de volontĂ© de la direction, probablement pour faire des Ă©conomies au dĂ©triment du confort des clients. Le service restauration est Ă©galement trĂšs dĂ©cevant, aucun buffet n’était exposĂ© pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner, le dĂ©jeuner ou le dĂźner, ce qui est incomprĂ©hensible pour un hĂŽtel de ce standing. De plus, aucune compensation ou geste commercial n’a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ© malgrĂ© nos multiples rĂ©clamations. Pour un Ă©tablissement se prĂ©sentant comme un 5 Ă©toiles, le niveau de service, d’hygiĂšne et d’entretien est largement en dessous des standards attendus. HĂŽtel trĂšs agrĂ©able ou l’on se sent bien en famille avec enfants. TrĂšs belles piscines. Parcontre le service est Ă  revoir sur certaines choses (la propretĂ© n’est pas trop au rdv, il manque toujours quelque chose serviettes ou autres). Le petit dĂ©jeuner a 190dh sur place est trĂšs cher pour ce que c’est (pas bcp de choix, les jus ne sont pas bon ils sont trop diluĂ© avec de l’eau. Dans l’ensemble sans ces dĂ©tails importants nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour et nous reviendrons avec on l’espĂšre des amĂ©liorations.

Pas de serviettes de bain Pas de consommable pour 3Ăšme personne alors qu’on a bel et bien payĂ© le supplĂ©ment Pas de matĂ©riel Ă  la cuisine pourtant c’est bien mentionnĂ© sur la liste . Enfin Toute rĂ©clamation des clients complĂštement ignorĂ©e ! Personnels malheureusement incompetents . 8000dh 4nuitĂ©es sans petit dej ni le min de confort franchement c’est de la pur arnaque 😔

Je dĂ©conseille cette hotel, il n’est pas digne d’un 5 Ă©toiles, les chambres sont sales il y a des odeurs partout dans l’hotel sauf la reception, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres, le seul point positif est la piscine. Et en plus il est trĂšs cher sa ne vaut pas le coup.
