Room was very nice and roomy. Clear and comfortable. Nice view of the river. No one was at the front desk at 5:00. Had to find the desk clerk in the back room after waiting about 3 minutes. The hall way on the 5th floor need to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty and smelly.

Comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Parking is dicey when you arrive late. Calling the room a ‘river view’ is a stretch - mostly its traffic view. Room was ok.

The room did not represent the reviews I read or pictures posted on the website. It was dark and dingy, shower moldy and no doors on the framework on the vanity. It seemed unclean and felt uncomfortable staying in this room. The front dest girl offered another room but we declined after seeing this room.

Room was fine. Our room was next to the exit door where handicapped parking was but we could not get in the outside door at night. Had to walk around the whole hotel to get in. Wete are handicapped! Not convient at all! We did appreciate the walk-in shower and ADA toilet.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn Bay City Riverfront during my time at the Hell’s Half Mile Film & Music Festival and it was a wonderful part of a wonderful experience in a truly beautiful (and fantastically ✨walkable✨) town.
