It comes with rounds of golf which we took advantage of. Would highly recommend. It even has a Bunn coffee machine. Only recommendation is to have coffee cups that hold more. Looking forward to renting it next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at Frio Country Rentals off and on for around 15 years. This time around a group of us came down and couldn't enjoy our stay or the round of golf because everyone had Tejano music blaring as loud as they could play it. If that what it's turned into, I won't be going back.

We would rent from them again. The house was perfect. We had a great time. The only thing I would suggest is the cleaning crew do a little better job sweeping the rooms and cleaning the toilets, but it was nothing major other than that. We had a perfect time and will be returning customers.

So thankful that each bathroom has showers rather than bathtubs although one bathroom was equipped with a tub allowing us to give a bath to our little ones! the set-up of the house was perfect and the pool was beautiful. We loved that the pool was gated keeping our children safe! They very much enjoyed the playground area and their parents enjoyed the outdoor bar area! The only drawback is the location which is a distance from the river activities and it takes quite some time to drive that far into the golf club housing community which took even longer this year with the addition of the speed bumps!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous ! Post COVID our extended family has had many changes even a few new additions. It was so important for us all to reconnect and unplug together. Rock Creek was the perfect place to do so. The house offered gathering spaces to accommodate our four families and offered separate private guest rooms each with our own bath. This was so convenient when little ones needed to rest while adults stayed up late to visit. We enjoyed movie nights poolside, and never had to worry about disturbing others because of pool guest bath accessible from outside. The staff was very attentive and quickly responded when ever we had a question or concern. Highly recommend for perfect getaway together.

Eclipse Watch

Our three generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had ample room for 17 family members with private sleeping/bathroom areas for all. The pool and outdoor patio were marvelous. The parents, grandparents could relax and mingle while watching the young people at play. The pool had a shallow area for the toddler and the the four boys, all 6 years old, almost lived in the pool area for the five days. We initially were given the wrong keys on check in which caused some delay, we would have liked a grill to barbeque on the patio (there was a smoker) and we would have gladly paid an upcharge to have the rented bedding put on the beds as they were difficult to make and some of our family did not get in until late. Other than those minor issues we found this VRBO lovely and perfect for our family! We did take advantage of visiting the Frio Bat Caves which was amazing and we spent an afternoon at the Frio River which was very enjoyable. Thank you for a great VRBO stay from Wisconsin, Montana, Minnesota and Colorado!!

Wonderful house for a large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our large family which makes it very difficult to leave a less than perfect review. One of the main reasons we rented this particular home over others was that it had a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work the entire week we were there (except for a short time one evening). Needless to say we all were quite disappointed! My son-in-law spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to get the problem fixed, but wasn't successful. Other than that, we had a wonderful time! I would still recommend this property as long as the renters aren't really wanting a hot tub.
