We are grateful that the Travel Inn had a room for us after we were left stranded by Comfort Inn May 1-3, 2025. Comfort Inn was abandoned, locked down and left us nothing but a note taped on the door saying to contact our third party. We had made our reservation several week before and received NO email or text telling us this hotel was shut down. Somehow, after an extended time talking to a bot at Expedia and then FINALLY a live person, George was given a room at the Travel Inn in Ruston for us. If somehow, you can thank the person that helped us, let him know how grateful we were to at last talk to him.
