We checked into the hotel and headed to our room, only to hear loud barking from the neighboring room. The constant noise made it difficult to relax, so we called the front desk to report the issue. The staff was very understanding and acted quickly, offering us a different room in a quieter area of the hotel. Within minutes, we packed up our belongings and relocated to the new room. This time, it was peaceful, allowing us to settle in comfortably. We appreciated the hotel’s prompt response and excellent customer service, ensuring our stay was much more enjoyable.

Romance in the air!!

A romantic overnight with my babe to celebrate Valentine’s Day. What a beautiful spacious room we had. There was a hiccup with the shower, but I shared the issue with the front desk at check out and they were respectful, courteous and understanding. I would definitely have a repeat night/celebration here!!!
