Beautiful Lush Property!! Great for couples or singles!

Beautiful private villa in quiet neighborhood, 5 minute drive from our private beach. We have 2 gazebos, a heart shaped pool, a pond and lots of lush property to explore. Singles can feel very comfortable and safe.

We had an awesome time at Pat's house!

The house was even more beautiful in person. The pictures do not do a complete justice. Pat and Josh were awesome host. We felt very safe at all times. The private beach was nice too. Stores were close by. I hope to go back many more times. The only thing I would say is that the amenities for the house mentions the house has air condition. However, only one bedroom out of 3 had air condition. You do not need air condition during the day. There was always a nice breeze. However, at night you needed to have air condition if you like it cooler to sleep. The air was less breezy at night. I would definitely recommend this home to friends!

Lovely time in a lovely home

We just got home from our wonderful Jamaican vacation and stay in Fanta Sea. Pat was a helpful host, offering ideas of places to visit and occasionally checking in on us. The beach we had easy access to was clean and peaceful and the location was perfect for day excursions in Ocho Rio and beyond. On our last night my family each shared what was the best part about the trip and we were unanimous that it was the cook Oswald’s meals. Do yourself a favor and have him take care of you. Pat did our shopping beforehand and every day we sat down to a delishious breakfast and dinner without any fuss. I highly recommend staying here for a resort like esperience without having to actually stay in a resort.

Great property, great stay..

Just returned from a week at Fanta Sea. The property and house are well kept complete with fruit trees, gazebos, hammocks, and a pool which the kids really liked. The staff was also very sweet and accommodating and included a cook, butler, and housekeeper. It was great being pampered with meals, cleaning, and laundry each day! Josh, the caretaker and security, can get a bit carried away but I think he had our safety in mind so I gave him some latitude. Kids loved the golf cart ride to the private beach!

Dream vacation

Excellent location, gracious staff and beautifully maintained villa. We had an amazing vacation in Jamaica and give this villa our highest recommendation!
