The room was great. We had a mountain view and a nice big tv with some premium channels. The staff were helpful and friendly as always. My only complaint, the people above us were loud and walls and floors are thin.

The hotel has a lot of potential but falls short on amenities and service. The lobby is very nice & cozy like you’d expect a ski lodge to be but the rooms are dated, the restaurant is very mid at best & the service is lack luster. Came back from skiing at 4pm and our room was just being cleaned, the Jordon 8 was on a wind hold & the hotel staff found out from guests requesting a shuttle. Hot tub and pool are amazing but changing rooms are a wet mess.
