Ideally located very close to the banks of the Seine (restaurants, bars, sports hall, ARMADA 2019) and all amenities. The historic city center is 6 minutes walk (Church of Joan of Arc). You are also at the foot of Panorama XXL.
The apartment is at the corner of rue Duguay Trouin and rue Buffon.

This warm 2-room apartment consists of a very bright living room with a convertible BZ bench, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen accessories). The room is very nice with a bed 140 x 190, a large dressing room, plenty of storage space and a double exposure.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, a bath and a washing machine.

On the 3rd and last floor, the accommodation is very quiet with the charm of the beams.
There is no internet connection but you get 4G in all the accommodation.
