Amazing Lakeview Quite House

Our wonderful house on sought after Matipo Ave enjoys uninterrupted 180 degree north facing, city, lake, mountain and rural views.

From the time you enter the front door in this beautiful house you will enjoy the experience. Fabulous open plan living, all with views and a wonderful deck for entertaining. Master bedroom also opens onto deck and 2 more bedrooms with family bathroom completes the picture. Our house enjoys all day sun but when the suns not shining the views are still amazing!

Property was well maintained but had a few missing items. No electrical outlet in second bathroom for hairdryer use. No iron or ironing board in the laundry room.No broom to sweep floors,only a dustpan and brush.

Lovely views

Property has lovely views and good location to access all Rotorua has to offer. We had a very enjoyable stay. One slight criticism would be minimal items provided for preparing and serving food if self catering.
