Western exposure provides amazing sunsets. Community has 5 public golf courses, walking/bike trails, and tennis courts. There are 4 bikes with helmets provided in garage.

Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.15-20 minute drive to beautiful Boca Grande Island with white sand beaches, unique sandbar, restaurants, and water activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Whispering Palms. The home was well equipped for all our needs. Loved the outdoor pool area and beautiful landscaping around the house. The wildlife in the backyard and surrounding golfcourse was cool to see. The hosts were very communicative and resolved any issues that came up quickly.We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. July 4th getaway

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. One glitch the second day of our stay with ac breaking. Owner was very attentive and responsive. But had to endure a Florida day/night of 85 degrees. She was diligent getting a repairman there the next day. Glad to have the lovely pool to cool down in. Home was clean and kitchen well stocked. Had fun each day watching golfers and wildlife. Took advantage of the bikes. My husband and I took a few rides. I would recommend this home to my friends and would stay there again.
