Relax sitting on the lanai overlooking the golf course in this 3-bedroom gem in Rotonda West. This fabulous house boasts 2 king beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 queen bed, perfect for a comfortable stay. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with new quartzite countertops and many renovations. The home has 2100 square feet of living space and an oversized two-car garage where you can feel free to park your car. Our home is a ten to twenty-minute drive to several area beaches. RW is a golf community and visitors have access to five golf courses within the resort. Walk to the nearest golf clubhouse. The master bedroom is HUGE and includes a sleeper sofa in the sitting area. The master bath is very large and has a walk-in shower with safety bars. There is a large soaking tub and a bidet for added luxury. The second bathroom is between and shared by the other two bedrooms. Have peace of mind with smaller children as there is no pool for them to wander into in the middle of the night, A small to medium-sized dog is a welcome pet. Experience what Rotonda West has to offer with a stay at our wonderful house.

Spring training getaway
