Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Unser Sohn gefiel das Schlafzimmer mit dem Fernseher am Besten. Wir hatten einen guten, erholsamen Aufenthalt und Urlaub vor Ort. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar Fahrräder. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann Warnemünde und den Strand prima zu Fuß erreichen. Ein kleiner Markt mit Bäcker ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Kleine, stimmig eingerichtete 2-Etagenwohnung. Die 2 Bäder waren super, weil wir mit 4 Personen unterwegs waren. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Küche ist soweit gut eingerichtet. Was uns fehlte, war eine Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd. Beim Kochen mussten wir die Haustür öffnen. Dies könnte ja vielleicht nachgerüstet werden. Sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Ein schönes, modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem gemütlichen Wohn-Esszimmer mit offener Küchenzeile. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Im 2. Obergeschoss (2. Schlafzimmer, gibt es einen offenen Bereich mit einem zweiten Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne).Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und hatten in dem Vermieter immer eine sehr netten und freundlichen Austausch. Wir werden das Apartment gerne weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft zeigt sich sauber und technisch tiptop ohne vesteckte Mängel, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. ... Parkplatz und Fahhradgarage anbei. ...Daumen hoch... Das Gebiet von Warnemünde und die Ostseestrände sind ohne Mühe, bevorzugt mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Räder gibt es vor Ort. ... Daumen hoch...Komunikation, Check in und Check out ohne Komplikationen...Daumen hoch...Und das Alles bei schönstem Frühlingswetter!

Wohnung

Wir waren nur wenige Tage im Hus Strandluft und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, modern und ordentlich und auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts (was wir in Warnemünde schon ganz anders erlebt haben!) Bei Fragen wurde direkt geantwortet und weitergeholfen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir können es derzeit nicht empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und auch Warnemünde ist schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und hat Potenzial, jedoch wird sie unserer Meinung nach nicht gepflegt und unzureichend gesäubert. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und wollten abreisen da eine angebotene neue Reinigung für uns nicht ausgereicht hätte um uns wohl zu fühlen. Die Wohnung unten drunter die uns angeboten wurde war zwar etwas sauberer aber noch immer nicht das was wir von anderen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt waren. Allerdings sah der Vermieter keinen Grund zur Abreise, trotz der vielen Bilder die wir ihm geschickt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war anfangs gegeben wurde jedoch im Verlauf seinerseits abgebrochen.

Warnemünde - Ein Urlaub wert, einfach wieder schön!

Tolles (Wieder) Urlaubserlebnis in Warnemünde. Ganz klar, das absolut anhaltende Hochsommer Wetter kann nur berauschen am Ostsee Strand. Und auch die FW war ein schöner Wohlfühlfaktor für den Ferienaufenthalt mit dem „Nachwuchs“, auch zusätzliche Wünsche wurden gerne bereitgestellt. 👍

Schöner Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man sehr gut z.B. Rostock erreichen. Der Bus fährt aller 30 Minuten. Der Weg bis zum Strandkorb sind ungefähr 15 Minuten (3 km) mit dem Fahrrad. Der Strandkorb steht an einem ruhigen sauberen Strandabschnitt. Die Fahrräder sind schon älter aber voll funktionstüchtig. Bis zum Strand oder nach Warnemünde aber zureichend. Für größere Fahrradtouren eher ungeeignet.

Schöne Ferienwohnung perfekt für Radtouren

Alles optimal gestaltet in der Wohnung, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, der obere Bereich ist zwar etwas beengt und der Bad Bereich nicht abgetrennt aber wir waren froh um die 2. Toilette mit Waschbecken! Ein Lob an den Vermieter der immer direkt auf Mitteilungen geantwortet hat !

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit Strandkorb

Alles bestens. Kleiner Hinweis für spätere Nutzer: es gibt ausreichend Fahrräder. Diese sind, aufgrund der Bauart (ohne Gangschaltung, Hartgummireifen), nur für kurze Strecken geeignet. Wer eine Radtour plant - besser die eigenen Räder mitbringen.

Refugium zum Seele baumeln lassen

Schöne helle und gemütliche Wohnung. Die Abwicklung hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Umgebungen ist schön ruhig, trotzdem ist man schnell in Warnemünde. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Rücken leider zu hart und etwas mehr Ablagefläche für Kleidung wäre schön gewesen. Ein offenes Regal würde der Optik und dem offenem Raumkonzept da nicht widersprechen.

Schöne, ruhige und helle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft, super eingerichtet, und ausgestattet. Auch sehr sauber. Ruhige Umgebung und sehr ländlich, aber trotzdem nah zum Zentrum. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der bei Fragen schnell und verlässlich antwortet. Der Strandkorb war auch super. Es ist zu empfehlen, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, eigene Fahrräder mitzunehmen, womit man super die Umgebung erkunden kann.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit 5 Leuten sehr gut nutzbar und ein super Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell. Mit 5 Leuten kann man sehr gut darin wohnen und die 2 Bäder kommt man mit allem gut zurecht. Mit Kindern ist der Weg zum Strand und nach Warnemünde zu Fuß relativ weit, aber man kann ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren und dann kann man an einem großen Parkplatz sein Auto über Tag abstellen. War für uns eine super Lösung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Schon im Vorfeld und auch bei einem kleinen Missgeschick unserer Seite haben wir eine schnelle, nette Antwort bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Eine sehr schöne FeWo in ruhiger Lage und als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in die schöne Umgebung.

Eine stilvoll eingerichtete und komfortable Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Toiletten auf gleicher Ebene zu den Schlafräumen. Gute Ausstattung mit Haushaltsgeräten und 3 Fernsehern.
