Nice hotel but could improve

Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. That was pretty upsetting since I traveled with my older father for his birthday. The staff wasnt hardly able to communicate in english. Towels had to be exchanged at front desk, ect. As I said, little things. Big negative thing was the closed outdoor pool with daily construction noise. Perfect was the breakfast buffet and the availability to open the window (9th floor) for a fresh sea breeze . Overall a nice stay but I have seen in same price range better accommodations.

We loved our stay at Aja Hotel Warnemünde. The area is filled with fun oceanside stands, is very walkable, and close to the Strom harbor area. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, had a nice view of the ocean and we loved the free breakfast buffet and cake and coffee in the afternoon. Great pool and spa area! Highly recommend.

More like 3 star. Very expensive but no refrigerator, no front desk dial, no safe and no amenities in room. Extra 30 euros a day for parking and no other option. Good location and breakfast. Some rude staff.

Buffet disappointing!!!!!!!

The buffet should have handled a lot better. Children will allowed to up to the buffet without mask and without their parents. I thought this was a terrible display of cleanliness especially during this time of COVID-19.

Nice hotel but needs a lot of improvement.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location is very good & only steps away from the beach. The room was lacking many basic things like slippers, a phone,AC, fridge or even complimentary water bottles. Toiletries were very limited to all in one Shampoo. Breakfast was good but the same items repeated on both days. They have a mini market which was a good thing. No playroom for biliard or table tennis but you can rent bicycles. It was a nice stay but the hotel needs to improve alot.

Awesome hotel at awesome location

The hotel is situated right on the beach. Hotel is very clean and tidy and I found it very comfortable. Don't forget to try the breakfast, they have quite a large spread. I'm looking forward to try the Spa and massages next time

Relaxing Retreat

We had a great experience, we are from Canada and had excellent service from the front desk, who spoke great English. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to the beach and boardwalk, walk into town, very lovely. The included breakfast was excellent.

Nice Property, would stay there Again!

Beautiful Property located on the beach walk. The addition of Nivea products in the room....two thumbs up! Also the breakfast that was included was plentiful with so much variety. The only minus was no A/C as it was so hot the days I was there, though very few hotels in Europe have A?C.

Wir waren für nur 1 Nacht im Aja anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages. Das Hotel ist etwas unpersönlich.Die Zimmer erfüllen ihren Zweck. Kein Kühlschrank,kein Wasserkocher .Für den Preis für den Aufenthalt, sollte dies zur Verfügung stehen. Frühstück und Abendessen völlig un Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich. Sauna und Schwimmbad groß, für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Ich ,denke, wir würden das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel (als Paar ohne Kinder)wählen.

Dårlig standard

Værelserne havde ikke kaffemaskine eller pengeskab. Sengene var hårde og vi sov elendigt. Bad var småt og alt andet end lækkert. Værelset var som helhed dårligt og billigt materiale valg ifht pris. Spa var fin, mad fin, men værelser -Reveptoon og helhedsindtryk billigt og dårlig standard ifht priserne.
