You can reach the center within five minutes by bus or car. A playground and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. The seaside resort Warnemünde and the Baltic Sea beach can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

Sehr freundliche Leute. Alles perfekt sauber und organisiert. In der Nähe der Altstadt Rostocks.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Kommunikation mit Novasol war schlecht. Hatte keine Adresse und Telephonnumer des Inhabers. Musste ich selber heraus finden.
