Les Issambres, Côte d'Azur, facing St Tropez, charming villa with swimming pool and beaches on foot for the holidays. Forming approximately 150 m² on a wooded Mediterranean plot of 1480 M². Built on two levels consisting of an entrance, beautiful living room dining room, alcove corner with 2 beds of 80, guest toilet, very well equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with bed of 160, shower room, opening onto a balcony forming a terrace and access to the swimming pool, terraces in pink marble slabs. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 and is equipped with a safety curtain. On the lower level, large bedroom with bed of 160, shower room, toilet, bedroom 3 with 2 beds that can be grouped together of 80, laundry area. Rental of your linens on request.
Very beautiful sea view and south exposure to sunbathe on the large pool beach. Reversible air conditioning in all the main rooms. 3 cars will easily park in the garden; electric gate and pétanque court.
Located 5 minutes walk from the seaside of Issambres, shops and restaurants.
Note: very beautiful architecture of this villa, we fell in love.
