Bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais manque de réactivité

Très belle maison, bien située. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la personne qui gère la location. Cependant, quelques soucis durant le séjour. Un meuble à tiroir complètement cassé et inutilisable, une chambre sans lumière principale ou juste une lampe de chevet qui donne l'impression d'être sous les stroboscopes fonctionne. Une piscine avec des crasses et un câble qui sort avec des enfants c'est pas le top. Et une réactivité lente du propriétaire.. Du coup, nous sommes restés avec la piscine comme telle durant tout le séjour. C'est dommage car la maison est vraiment chouette et je ne pense pas que tout ça leur ressemble et soit voulu. Mais si tout ça était réglé le séjour aurait été parfait ! Car c'est vraiment une chouette location qui vaut le coup.

Luxusvilla mit Meerblick und wundervollem Pool - geeignet für Haustiere und Kinder (eingezäunt)

Unsere Familie (Eltern, 2 erwachsene Kinder + Hund) haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser wirklich schönen Luxusvilla verbracht. Die Villa entspricht den Fotos und weist eine gute Zimmeraufteilung auf. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer (ohne Klo) und 2 separate Toiletten. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Der Webergrill ist ein Traum!!! Es war alles sehr gepflegt und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Das bietet ua auch viel Privatsphäre und Sicherheit. Der Pool ist sauber und genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Man kann kurze Bahnen schwimmen. Die Lage ist örtlich gut (schöne Städte sind gut erreichbar, mehrere Strände, Restaurants und Strandbars in der Nähe), aber das Grundstück befindet sich direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Dh wir haben dauerhaft die Fahrgeräusche vernommen. Da die Villa aber so schön ist, hat uns das weniger gestört. Der nächste Strand ist in ca 9 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber wir sind immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da es keinen richtigen Fußgängerweg gibt, sondern man an einem kleinen Randbereich der Straße laufen muss. Wegen der schnellen Geschwindigkeit der Autos war uns das zu riskant. Es ist aber möglich. Die Strände haben viele Parkplätze. Ein perfekter Urlaub in einer Traumvilla. Negativ war leider nur sowohl vor der Anreise als auch bei der Abreise die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Stephanie. Diese spricht zum einen nur Französisch, was dank Übersetzungsapps aber ok ist. Problematisch war aber vielmehr am Tag vor der Ankunft, dass sie uns sagte, dass wir die Kaution Bar/Scheck und die Hundegebühr mitbringen sollten. Dies hätten wir fast getan. Nach einem mühsamen Hin und Her mit Fewo fiel uns aber auf, dass wir die Kaution schon auf der Kreditkarte hinterlegt hatten und auch die Gebühr bereits gezahlt war. Wir hätten uns hier eine bessere Information seitens der Verwalterin gewünscht. Das Ganze hat uns vor der Abreise min 1 Stunde unnötigen Aufwand gekostet. Bei der Abreise erschien die Verwalterin sichtlich in Eile und mit schlechter Laune. Sie brachte zwei Kinder mit, was uns unprofessionell erschien. Weil die Spülmaschine noch lief, sagte sie uns vorwurfsvoll, dass dies nicht korrekt sei. Angesichts der hohen Reinigungsgebühr und des gehobenen Niveaus der Unterkunft erschien uns der Hinweis übertrieben. Dennoch war der Urlaub perfekt und die Villa ist wunderschön und hochwertig. Der Meerblick (insb. von der oberen Terrasse) unverwechselbar.

Séjour aux Issambres

Accueillis par Anne Charlotte, très disponible Villa totalement rénovée très bien située avec vue sur mer. Plusieurs plages sable proches. Les équipements sont complets, et, neufs, ce qui rend le séjour agréable : on se sent vite chez soi. Nous n’avons pas vu passé le temps Seule petite nuisance, vite oubliée : rte du littoral irrégulièrement bruyante selon l’heure, mais vite oubliée.
