Garden level / pool level (interior staircase) lounge and bar area overlooking the pool, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Nice modern furniture. Heerlijk verblijf met mooi uitzicht voor gezin met kinderen

Laurent heeft ons vriendelijk onthaalt en alles goed uitgelegd. Alles van benodigdheden was aanwezig om er een heerlijk verblijf van te maken. Prachtig omheind zwembad. Groot terras met zonneluifel om er heel de dag te vertoeven. De airco werkte uitstekend.

Haus mit schönen Pool und toller Aussicht

Wir hatten hier mit insgesamt 9 Personen einen schönen, sonnigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Der große Pool wurde sehr intensiv genutzt. Entgeben der Anzeige hat das Haus nur 4 Zimmer, die auch mit einer Tür verschlossen werden können. Das 5. Zimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer zum Pool ohne Tür.

Un accueil très sympathique de Laurent. Des explications claires sur le fonctionnement de la maison, une vaisselle en nombre et de bonne facture. Une très belle piscine avec ce qui ne gâte rien une vue sur la Méditerranée. Nous vous conseillons cette location. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous étions 9 adultes et avons profité pleinement de la piscine toute la journée à tel point d'en oublier la mer. Cette propriété est très bien située à 5mn en voiture des plages et de tous commerces. Nous remercions aussi le propriétaire pour sa sympathie et son amabilité.

Très satisfait !

Propriétaire très disponible et à l'écoute aussi bien avant que pendant le séjour. Il n'était pas facile pour un groupe de 10 jeunes dans leur 21ème année de trouver une location de villa, souvent par manque de confiance. La villa est très agréable et nous avons passé la majorité dans la piscine ou au bord, la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. La villa est plutôt bien placée et à proximité de commerces et de grandes villes (Fréjus, St Tropez, Ste Maxime ..). La plage n'est pas très loin non plus mais avec une piscine pareille, nous n'y sommes que peu aller. Les alentours sont très très silencieux et les voisins assez loin, faire un peu de bruit ne dérangera donc personne. Seul bémol, sortir à pied de la propriété avec des enfants en bas âge est assez dangereux puisqu'il n'y a pas vraiment de trottoir. Ca ne nous à pas dérangé, il suffisait de prendre la voiture. Il y a des infrastructures de sports ouvertes et gratuites à 5min en voiture en direction de Ste Maxime.
