Great place to stay

My friend and I visited Rome for the first time and wanted to stay at a place close to the colosseum without paying too much. This place is great - budget friendly in a decent neighborhood. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Only downside was that the free shuttle that was stated to be offered was not available so we had to pay for the taxi ride from the airport.

Our vacation home

Valeria and staff were accommodating for our large family and a baby. We had a late evening arrival and had been communicating to ensure a smooth check-in. Very clean, convenient location. The check-out staff arrived late, which did not cause any issue in this occasion but could be problematic if we had a train/flight schedule. The price seems a bit too high.

My room looked nothing like the pictures on google nor Expedia. The showers were the worst. They’re tiny and there was an issue with the water leaking out even if it’s closed. The bathroom was always wet and messy. There was one corner that had dust bunnies. Other than that the staff were very nice. You can hear noises from other rooms such as vacuums and loud conversations. Will not return
