The apartment has internet access via WiFi, washing machine and air conditioning Heating and in the living room a Smart TV is available. The kitchen is complete with fridge, microwave oven and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide linen and towels for all guests. The apartment is very comfortable. Its location allows you to explore many tourist attractions on foot.
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.
The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).

Rome in March
The property is in an excellent location. Basic amenities were present: apartment is very clean, has ample space, good day lighting and comfort controls. The apartment is in need of a good painting and the furniture, although comfortable is not up to the standard of a uniquely positioned apartment in Rome. Alessandra keep me well informed and helped arrange a limo from the airport with Daniel—who was terrific. The check in was a mess: usually I am greeted by a person at check in to go over arrangements including how the appliances work, etc. Not this time. Francesca scolded me for not informing her of my arrival details when actually I had called her through the given phone number I was asked to use by Alessandra; I was not informed to use WhatsApp. Daniel (not Francesca) helped arrange early access to the apartment for which I am grateful. Overall: very good basics with some missing follow through which could have made the experience outstanding.
