Cozy apartment in a cool location

Great value for the cost. A clean and ample apartment with a surprisingly good amount of natural light. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and accommodating. The location is close to a convenient bus stop and metro stop but in a local's neighborhood. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Great location away from tourist central but with plenty of good eateries and shops in neighbourhood. Annistasia very helpful. Apartment is a bit smaller than we expected but, hey, it is called the Little Roma House and fine for two people.

Appartement proche des transports en communs, tous les commerces (supermarché, tabac, distributeurs ) aux alentours. Quartier et logement calme. Les lieux a visiter sont tous accessible par les bus qui sont a deux minutes de l'appartement. Stefano est très gentil et prend soin de ses hôtes, nous avons coupé l'eau chaude sans faire exprès, nous l'avons appelé, il nous a tout de suite répondu et résolu notre bêtise en deux minutes.Le logement est propre, bien équipé, le lit est très confortable, et les voisins et le gardien sympathique. Idéal pour sortir des chemins battus du tourisme.

L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce publiée sur le site, très propre et bien situé pour qui souhaite découvrir la vie romaine et sortir un peu des circuits touristiques. Testaccio offre une vie de quartier paisible, un marché où il fait bon flâner et de nombreux restaurants et pizzerie authentiques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'accueil du propriétaire et de sa collaboratrice et leurs attentions en cette période de fête.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 23 al 28 settembre e possiamo confermare che non manca assolutamente niente. Pulito, ben arredato, spazioso e in una posizione ottima per raggiungere metro e autobus. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Consiglio assolutamente!!

Appartement agréable à vivre et fonctionnel où il fait bon d'y vivre après une belle journée au centre de Rome. Super grand lit très confortable!! Pratique aussi pour sa proximité avec le centre de Rome, tous commerces et transports. "L''appartement était extrêmement propre et c''était très agréable. Il est très bien placé dans la ville et bien équipé (le wifi est apprécié). "I spent four weeks at this holiday apartment and was fully satisfied. Location is great: walking distance to all sights and to city centre. Very good connection to airport, train station is 5 min on foot. Bus, tram and metro stops close by too. Neighbourhood has a wide variety of shops, the local market is just a few streets away. Restaurants, cafes and bars also next door. The apartment is not too large but very comfortable and fully equipped."
