Beautiful and super clean room. It was easy to access the building via a web-portal. The property is near the termini train station. When we arrived to the properry, it was early, the gentleman who was cleaning the room was very kind to give us water, instructions and a map. :-) I Highly recommend this place.

Charming and Welcoming Stay at Vespa House I had a wonderful experience at Vespa House. The place is small but very charming, impeccably clean, and clearly well cared for. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made all the difference — always kind, friendly, and ready to help. A special thanks to Junior, a true gentleman who made sure we felt safe and well taken care of. He ensured the room was spotless, checked in regularly, and provided us with great tips about the area. The communication via WhatsApp with the administration of the Vespa House was also smooth and helpful, which made everything even easier and more personal. Highly recommend Vespa House for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

Located next to the train station which is convenient. Would be a fine place to stay for 100 euros but way over priced for what you get. The room was clean enough but the bathroom had visible black mold on all walls.

I love the convenience of the location and the room. However the area was sketchy and loud all throughout the day. It's too hot to close the windows at night and with the windows open you could hear every loud voice, barking and sounds. The area was not the safest

Excellent location for St. Mary Major.

The location was excellent - it was close to St. Mary Major which we wanted to visit. Food nearby was good and value for money. The only issue we had was the second entrance - getting that to work was hard.

The room was very clean and quiet, the location is great, train station and metro is less than five minutes walk, most of all the staff I talked on the phone(sorry did not get her name) was very nice and helpful. After I checked out they test me for a bag I left behind which was very nice as well, I would definitely recommend this place. Once again I had great stay at Roma Vespahouse.

Really great, clean, spacious room, conveniently located close to Roma Termini station. No reception, which was not a problem for us but the automated door opening was a little tricky and we saw other residents struggling. Really good value and great food options in the nearly Mercato Centrale in the station too - when you want a late bite.

We had a great stay at Roma Vespahouse! The location was ideal—just a short walk from Roma Termini, which made getting around the city super convenient. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided. There were plenty of budget-friendly restaurants nearby, and we could easily reach major attractions either on foot or within a few metro stops. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Rome!

It can be a bit tricky, but you need to get your codes and everything for found somebody who helped me but it can be a bit tricky getting in if you haven’t got the codes the rooms are very small but if you’re just staying there one or two nights absolutely perfect

Very good location steps from the train station. Clean and functional, everything u need for a short stay. Even early check in was granted, thank u! Towels might use some upgrade, but that is minor. Will definitely stay again. Thank u for clear instructions how to get in.
