We loved our stay here! Perfect location that was easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. A really safe street as well. Only complaint is we couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioning.

Nice place, could have been better taken care of

The positives first, the place was in a good location, on the first floor (with elevator) and was very spacious. The hosts was communicative and helpful. The negatives were that it was pretty clean but there was a pervasive smell throughout the apartment. There were almost no amenities beyond the towels and linens for the bed. No soap or anything which I would think would be the minimum.I would consider this average but not luxury as stated.

Excellent Location, Not Luxury, Great Potential.

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. Our Apartment was a bit beat up. We made the best of it. Needs some updating. Pull out couch was ridicules. Broken, thank goodness it was only for 1 person, they had to sleep sideways/diagonally in a trench. Balcony is a bit dangerous and dirty; I spent an hour cleaning. Location was excellent. Lots of Great Restaurants, Shops and close to many Attractions. One of the best, safest, cleanest neighborhoods in Rome.

Great place in the heart of Rome!

This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication.

Short stop over

I had trouble connecting to the internet and since there was no one to greet us i was unable to access the entry instructions. Fortunately a kind man helped me to connect and i was able to get the codes. The place otherwise met my expectations. Its a good idea to get everything in hard copy just in case you have trouble like we had.

Great location for a break in Roma

Great property in an excellent location to see all that Rome has to offer. Comfortably housed our family of 4 for the time we were there. Great communication with the host and answered any questions we had before our stay. Would happily stay here again for our next trip to atone

What a charming apartment that accommodates 6 with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Perfect spot with in 15 minutes walking to almost all the sights. You can find shopping from clothing, pastries, food, and souvenirs all close by!! I would recommend it to anyone heading to Rome Vicki &Jen

Great location

Upon arrival the aroma of incense was intense. There are not a lot of amenities that you would expect from a property listed as luxury. The apt is dated and needs a good coat of paint and a thorough cleaning.

Central Location

The location was very centralized. The apartment was clean and quiet at night. We didn’t receive any check in instructions so we had to communicate with the owner while we were checking in. She tried to help with the lockbox as well as the restaurant owner next door but could not get it to work consistently. There is a Bibbo luggage storage place right around the corner which was convenient.

Clean enough, great location

The location of this place is hard to beat. Easy to walk everywhere and tons of restaurants close by. The internet is also very fast. The downside is the cleanliness of the place. One of our bathrooms did not have the trash taken out from the previous resident, and the mold/mildew smell that a few reviews mention has gotten worse. we could smell it in both bathrooms. The washer also had a mildew smell, and leaked on the floor when used.

Excellent central location

We walked to all the great sites Rome has to offer. And had many lovely Italian meals at the nearby restaurants and bistros. The apartment is surprisingly quiet and there is AC which is necessary during this warm summer. The apt is very large with a proper kitchen for making coffee (buy your own) and a room for watching Netflix and the outside patio is cute for a cup of coffee or glass of wine and for drying laundry. Only downside is cleanliness (floors were very dirty) and some noisy neighbors above us. But we loved our stay and definitely recommend Nina’s Place.

Well Outfitted Apartment

The owner was very good at communicating during the booking process and provided lots of good info for our trip. A friend of the owner was our contact person during our stay. Giulia reached out to us before we arrived and met us at check-in. Giulia gets a Five Star Rating for being very pleasant and quick to respond. He also arranged our transportation to the airport. A very friendly and helpful person. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The only issue we had was only the bedrooms have air-conditioning. It was very hot for our visit and it took awhile for the AC to be effective. The AC does not cool the rest of the apartment. Too, the outside air conditioning unit is below one of the bathroom windows, which made that bathroom VERY warm. There is a big closet directly below one of the AC units, so that unit didn't cool the bedroom as well as the other bedroom. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and the location. And very much appreciated how we were treated by the owner and Giulia.

To be fair, the hostess said she had sent me the details (such as a unit number, which I did not have prior to stay) prior to the trip. We dis comjunicate prior to the trip but I can not find mention of the location of the unit. I found the unit by starting at the top

Nice location but Nina's house has a mould issue

Our experience was deeply disappointing, primarily due to a significant mould issue that was concealed by the host. Pre-Stay Communication: Before booking, I read several reviews mentioning mould problems. Due to health concerns, I reached out to the host to inquire about this issue. I was assured there were no mould problems and trusted this information. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the host's assurance was misleading. The bathrooms had a strong smell of air fresheners, which initially masked the issue but soon became overbearing. The ensuite bathroom we could not even enter the mould smell was so strong; the second bathroom was pretty bad as well. Being exposed to mould was not only uncomfortable but also potentially dangerous. The host's lack of transparency about this serious concern is what upset me the most. It's understandable that properties might have issues, but honesty is crucial so guests can make informed decisions.

Nice stay

The overall of the place was very nice and clean. Out of three air conditioners only one worked. The steps going out onto the patio area had an iron gate that you cannot open to go sit out there. It’s misleading. The ad makes you think you can, but you can’t. Next door is a parking place where there’s cars coming in and out but that really didn’t bother us but it would if you were a light sleeper. Also be sure you bring a phone adapter for your cell phone and some washcloths as well.
