Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Wonderful breakfast on the rooftop restaurant included. Basilica right across the street, as well as a food market where you can get wine and snacks for your room. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Hop on Hop off bus stop right around the corner. Location couldn't have been better.

When a person stays here be aware the restaurant on the rooftop is high robbery not allowed up there unless you buy a drink or food. No relaxing after a day of running around. Was so disappointed drinks and food cheaper around the corner. However I truly think if your paying for a hotel there you and family should be able to use it with out having to pay for anything. Will never be back and don’t forget all the rats out front. Crazy to see

Not sure how this is rated a four star hotel. There were stains on the couch and tons of dust accumulated on the carpet. None of the outlets would keep a plug in so I could not charge my devices. Bathroom is nice and breakfast is lovely though.

I liked it because there was an in person reception, lift, great internet access, near Roma Termini, free luggage storage because we came earlier. A beautiful roof top on the 5th floor overlooking the Santa Maria Mediogore basilica and sunset. Breakfast was included and it's in the rooftop, so relaxing and beautiful lots of food selection. Definetely coming back to Mecenate Palace Hotel. Highly recommended.

Unique, my window was right in front of the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major, beautiful, we had the opportunity to go to the Holy door!!! The Hotel is beautiful and service was great very close from the train station.

19 years ago we stayed at the Mecenate Palace Hotel and coming back was even better. The Rooftop Restaurant addition was great and Bar was wonderful as it was all those years ago. The improved elevator was so good and the gentlemen at the desk were so helpful and nice, another impressive improvement!!! If I made another trip to Rome I would stay at this Hotel again. The property was amazing. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and service oriented. The rooftop restaurant and bar were excellent and the included breakfast has a lot of options for every appetite. When/if we came back to Rome, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay hear.
