Hotel Lady- Rome

A very comfortable accommodation, literally 5mins walk from the Vatican! The host couple are very sweet and managed to help answer all of our questions, even with the language gap! I would choose to stay here again the next time I plan to visit Rome!

A good stay in a great city

Location was important to us, and this hotel was perfect. About 1.5km from Stadio Olympico for the champions League final, walking distance.

Nästan som att bo hemma hos någon

Mycket trevlig par som driver detta våningsplan med hotellrum. Mannen låter som Don Corleone och pratar knagglig engelska, hans fru förstår lite engelska men pratar ingen. Däremot pratar hon desto mer italienska även om man själv inte kan italienska, tror att hon adopterade mig redan första dagen! Mycket varma och generösa människor :) Hotellet var perfekt för mig, jättebra läge och promenadavstånd till det mesta. Däremot är rummen väldigt lyhörda, så störs man av det kanske man ska välja något annat.

Traditionelle Wohnungen in familiärer Umgebung

Meine Freundin und ich (Studenten) waren über Silvester in Rom und haben in dieser Pension übernachtet. Die Zimmer gehören einem traditionellen, italienischen Ehepaar, das auch englisch spricht (der Mann jedenfalls). Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und höflich und man fühlt sich einfach wohl bei ihnen. Zu den Zimmern: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit inkludierter Dusche und Waschmuschel. Das Wasser der Dusche wurde per Durchlauferhitzer schnell erwärmt. Die Dusche und Waschmöglichkeiten einiger anderen Zimmer, sowie das eine WC für alle Zimmer liegt am Gang. Das Zimmer war immer sauber, Fön gab es sofort nach Anfrage bei dem italienischen Ehepaar. Bezahlt wird "wann man will" und der Preis stimmt mit dem auf Expedia angegebenen überein. Es gab also keine zusätzlichen Kosten. Frühstück: Gefrühstückt haben wir immer außerhalb (es gibt genug Möglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung, einfach das Ehepaar fragen), deswegen kann ich darüber keine Kritik abgeben. Lage: Die Pension liegt außerhalb der überfüllten, touristischen Bereiche, aber trotzdem zentral. Die Metro ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, man kommt aber auch zu Fuß überall hin. Man braucht ca 45 Minuten bis zur am weitest entfernten Sehenswürdigkeit, dem Colloseo. Ins Essensviertel Trastevere braucht man auch ca 40 Minuten entlang dem Tiber. Der Vatikan ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

- pas de possibilité de petit-déjeuner le matin, car personnel indisponible pour plusieurs mois ; - salle de douche (et non de bain comme précisé sur la fiche) peu confortable : pomme de douche fixe (et non reliée à un flexible), pas de patères pour suspendre les vêtements, chasse d'eau peu efficace ; - isolation sonore intérieure tout à fait insuffisante : on entend clairement toutes les conversations du couloir et de la salle de réception ; - demande de règlement de la facture en liquide ; - demande de libérer la chambre le jour du départ à 9h, alors qu’il est précisé sur la fiche que cela est possible jusqu'à midi ; - facture rédigée de façon très succincte et ne comportant à aucun endroit le nom et l'adresse de l'établissement.

Gut gelegene, einfache Pension

Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber sauber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe der Vatikanstadt. Nur 2 Zimmer mit eigenem kleinen Bad. Pension wird von einem hilfsbereiten und freundlichen, aber redseligen, älteren Ehepaar geführt. Reinigung erfolgt bereits sehr früh morgens zum Leidwesen der Gäste, die länger als bis 8 Uhr schlafen möchten. Frühstück wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht angeboten. Barzahlung wird bevorzugt.

God service, ingen morgenmad, delt badeværelse

Værtsparret var meget flinke og stod klar med råd fx: Det bliver 30 grader i dag. Stort værelse. Et badeværelse til 6-7 værelser. Man skal ikke regne med at sove til 9-10 om morgenen: Der bliver larmet med elektrisk sovekost og støvsuger + beklagelser og jaget med ægtemanden på den anden side af døren. Måske typisk italiensk, men ikke så turistvenligt. Face-to-face var hun meget hjælpsom.

Около Ватикана

Отель удобно расположен от Ватикана, 5-7 мин. пешком. Рядом метро, ресторанчики и кафешки - есть где покушать. Сам номер: чистенько, аккуратно. В номере нет телевизора, туалета ( он находился напротив), есть душ без горячей воды ( но душ, который находился напротив был с горячей водой), пользовались мы тем, что был напротив. В общем все очень и очень миленько для 2-х звезд. Цена соответствует качеству. Кстати обещанного завтрака НЕ БЫЛО.

Lugnt läge trots mycket centralt i staden. Nära till nästan allt i centrum via gång eller tunnelbana. Förvirrade hotellägare med lite engelska kunskaper. Var mest intresserade av att ta betalt och dessutom kontant. Återvänder inte trots det mycket centrala läget. Lasse

Bonne situation près du vatican (pour les catholiques). Mais ce n'est pas un hotel : . Les draps ne sont pas changés en 3 jours . On cohabite avec les propriétaires de l'appartement avec qui on ne partage ni le salon, ni la télé . .il n'y a pas de télé dans les chambres. .Toilettes vétustes. .Toilettes communes pour 3 des 4 chambres .L'ascenseur est resté en panne pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour (l'appartement est au 4e étage)

Bueno pero Costoso!!!!

Muy Bien ubicado, se puede salir de noche a caminar con confianza, cerca al metro, Limpio, Baño pequeño, los dueños muy amables pero el check out fue algo molesto, pues casi que nos sacaron a empujones para arreglar el cuarto para los siguientes clientes. NO ES UN HOTEL, ES UNA PENSIÓN DE 2 ESTRELLAS (LO DICE EN LA PUERTA DE INGRESO)

Tolle Lage

Optimal gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Kolosseum ca. 30 - 45 Min.) Erstaunlich ruhig, bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück "sehr italienisch" :-)aber schließlich ist man in Italien... Jederzeit wieder gern als optimaler Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Erkundungstouren per pedes durch Rom.
