Great hotel

They were super nice. We stayed due to a family member being hospitalized at the hospital nearby. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and gracious. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again!

Reasonable hotel, basic but ok. Breakfast out of a packet eg packet croissants not fresh baked. In a very poor area, very busy street difficult to park. Restaurant cafe and couple of shops nearby.

Business Trip to Rome

This was a business trip to a client (RAI) which meant i looked for a hotel near the client, and this was perfect for my needs. Don't use a taxi to get from the airport, it's a fortune (70 euro!) and best and quickest to use the trains and stop at Labaro station which is right infront of the hotel. Receptionist was very friendly, room was very big, shower took awhile to get hot water and wasn't very strong, but nothing critical. Breakfast was cakes, croissant and tea/coffee... which for me isn't enough but it wasn't horrible.

Checked in with a friend they did not inform us it would cost extra n as well charging us additional “community tax” for my friend n myself after paying the room ion Expedia. I insisted to the staff to call the police so we can explain the circumstances but they refuse, could not leave as they held our luggage hostage, so I had to ransom my luggage n pay for the extra costs that we weren’t informed about at check in . Will never go back there instead of being called 4 pini it should be 4 higher costs hotel

Great Place!

Small family hotel close to Rome centre, easily accessible to Rome centre by bus or subway. Subway stops directly across from hotel. Excellent restaurant in hotel with fabulous wood baked pizza. Bar/restaurant right next door with excellent prices. ($2E for a large beer - 660ml, $4.50E for lasagne or parmigiana as well as many other items).

The room was comfortable for the price. However the tv and air conditioning didn't work. Check out wasn't prepared as no paper to run my card. Double charged us - ran my card said it didn't go through but it did and made us pay in euros also.
