The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Tip - you need to talk to the front desk to change the temp setting in your room.

Hotel is perfectly located for all attractions whether it be by metro, walking or bus . Clean , friendly .The reception staff are always happy to help with any plans and always welcome you back with a lovely smile . Would definitely recommend a stay here .. just a typical quintessential Italian hotel nestled in a cobbled side street , totally safe and 5 mins away from Colloseum !

The front desk staff were very professional polite. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel as there was no air conditioning (despite there being advertisement), leaving the only option to open the windows which resulted in a lot of mosquitoes and ants entering the room. It was also quite loud throughout the very early morning hours (3 am onwards). There was also a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom. Hopefully the property can address these concerns as the staff go above and beyond to welcome you.

Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosa. Il personale, dalla reception, alla cucina e al personale delle pulizie, è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Hanno chiesto informazioni su eventuali allergie o esigenze particolari. La camera e il bagno erano piccoli ma puliti. Il letto era molto comodo. La colazione era standard. Essendo intollerante al lattosio, mi hanno preparato un cappuccino con latte d'avena. L'hotel si trova nel centro storico e il Colosseo è a due minuti di distanza. Tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili in 15-20 minuti. prenoterei di nuovo l'hotel immediatamente.
