Great location, nice apartment

Angelo and Claudia were lovely hosts and very helpful. The apartment was clean, wonderfully located just steps from a park, close to a variety of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. I'd definitely stay there again.

El departamento esta super bien ubicado, muy cerca de Termini y super cerca de varios puntos de interes caminando, hay restaurantes y supermercados, es muy comodo para descansar y pasarlo muy bien, definitivamente lo recomiendo!!

Appartement très propre idéalement situé

L'appartement est très propre et se situe idéalement à proximité du Colisée et des transports en commun mais l'essentiel des sites peut être visité à pieds jusqu'au Vatican. Le propriétaire a tout organisé pour que l'entrée et la sortie se fassent sans contact avec des échanges de message. Les équipements ne sont cependant pas ceux annoncés : il manque des couverts, il manquait un drap, il n'y a pas de couverture ou couette, la cafetière ne fonctionne pas, la poignée du lave-linge est cassée, .... en bref, il faudrait remettre le tout en état, le propriétaire n'ayant pas répondu à toutes nos demandes (obtenir une troisième fourchette !). Ce qui ne retire rien au plaisir du séjour dans ce bel immeuble calme éloigné de la rue.

Pleasant stay ... well located!

Our host Angelo received us very well on arrival! The apartment is neatly maintained and very clean. We are a family with 2 children aged 9 and 11 and had a fantastic 5 day stay here. In the kitchen you can find the necessary herbs and spices, as well as coffee. Travel adapters for the plugs are also provided and shower gel can also be found in the bathroom. The internet worked well and fast! The property is centrally located and is close to the Colosseum, 250 meters from a supermarket and close to numerous of restaurants. It is a good base for further exploring Rome. You can do this on foot, take the bus (bus stop nearby), or the metro a few hundred meters away. On our return home we had an evening flight at 8pm. We were able to leave our suitcases in the apartment that last day so we had en extra day to explore Rome further and to end our stay in a pleasant way. Furthermore, Angelo and Claudia were always at our disposal for questions and always offer us the appropriate solutions. Recommended if you want to discover Rome!
