We did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel. The bed were the hardest worst beds possible. It was like sleeping on an uneven board. The key cards didn’t work. There was consistently no one at the front desk during normal hours and when they were there they were not friendly. It was so loud at all times and the rooms had paper thin walls. Overall a really bad experience, we ended up cutting short our trip a day early to go home even though we didn’t get any money back.

Wonderful location; amazing staff.

Amazing stay! We stayed for our anniversary celebration and the staff was so helpful in coordinating a surprise for us. The rooms felt updated and comfortable, and the location was conveniently located and walkable to major sites. We loved our stay and would definitely come back next time we are in Rome.

This fantastic villa with rooftop balcony had plenty of room for our family of 5. Two bathrooms were very nice as was the space to spread out over 2 floors. Location is great - Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps are close by and we were able to walk to many more attractions all over the city. Kitchen is helpful, but a fresh sponge, soap and washer detergent would have been an improvement. A super market is in an adjacent building.

Staff were nice! It’s extremely loud outside. Constant commercial trucks or trash pick ups. Goes on from about 3 am to 6 am. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, you need to constantly change positions and the pillows are horrible. We didn’t get a good nights rest here. Rooms need to be re-painted.

Good location and decent hotel. The apartment we stayed in was super cool, the upstairs bedroom was bright and lovely. The only issues were the ants (came home and they were crawling all over my stuff) and would have been nice if there was at least tea in the room
