The Domus Lina hotel was an outstanding value--the place was clean, conveniently located to the airport with a bus stop close by, had a number of restaurants right outside, and was a relatively easy commute to the main subway station to get to other cities (e.g., Rome). The hotel was located right on a river. The staff (a lady) was incredibly nice and helpful. She prepared a delicious European-style breakfast every day. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for a convenient and affordable stay near the airport and a commute to Rome.

Wonderful hotel!

Small hotel located near river in Fiumicino. Literally steps from many family restaurants and fishing boats on the river. Cabs Fumicino from airport are 20 euro. They pick up near hotel shut tails and are always available. Stay here the firs day of arrival or prior to departure…you won’t regret it. Rooms are modest, but ours was comfortable with a small refrigerator.

Close to airport, in Fiumicino. It is an older property, well maintained,in the heart of town, close to a lively restaurant area. There is no shuttle, but a 25 euro (each way) taxi service can be arranged.

Domus Lina was a perfect place to spend the night before flying home from Fiumicino the next day. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and fancy shower, and we even had a balcony. Our hostess was lovely and kindly arranged a taxi for us for the next morning. The breakfast had lots of self-serve options and was very nice. We would definitely stay there again!

The Lady at the desk always greeted us with a warm smile and even had a cab waiting for us the morning of our departure. Domus Lina is definitely older but quaint and has the best air conditioning of any place we stayed the entire trip. The 4 rating is because this is the only place during out 3 week stay in Greece/Italy that we felt like the locals did not want us there.

This was like a B&B not a hotel. No one at desk very long need Digital number to entry. Room over busy Resturant very noisy at night. The lady who checked in me was very brisk and told me three times needed check out by 11:00 am. Area around has many great resturants. Good overnight stay if flying out FCO Rome. It’s a busy area hotels and restaurants.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very spacious and our balcony was beautiful! The only concern about the area is that there is no reliable public transportation around. You will need to have a car to get to and from if you want to get to Roma. Other than that it’s a great beach town with lots of restaurants!
