This beautiful flat is ideally located near St. Peter, just 7 minutes walk away from San Peter's Square.
The living area is the heart of the home! Hang out with your family and friends or kick back and relax in front of the TV on the sofa bed.
The bedroom is light and airy with large windows and a comfortable double bed. The bed is made up with fresh linens, plenty of storage space will be available to unpack.
The kitchen is fully equipped and each appliance is easy to use.
Having a dinner on the terrace is a great bonus!
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

To offer all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the followings notes:

- check in time is 3pm - 8pm > any delay will be subject to a request of €30 for the first hour; additional €10 for each extra hour;
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights;
- all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities (also children - unaccompanied minors will not be accepted);
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- for each stay the apartment is equipped with a BASIC supply as follows: bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and blankets for each bed - preparation of sofa/armchair beds or additional beds on request before the arrival); bathroom linen (one face towel and one bath/shower towel per guest); personal care detergents (one single-dose soap and one bar of soap per guest); toilet paper (two rolls for each bathroom);
- it is not possible to wash the linen provided on the arrival at home - the cost for each damaged piece will be charged if this happens; for stays exceeding 6 nights there is an extra cost for linen change based on the number of guests and occupied beds;
- please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am);
- extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions.

Great apartment that has everything you need. There are a few very minor things in the apartment that would benefit from a "refresh". Beware of the mosquitos, and ask the owner for mosquito repellent cartridges or coils. But there is a beautiful patio and plenty of space. Within a few steps you have excellent dining and daily shopping resources.

Bon séjour à Aurelia Rome

Les plus: l'appartement est grand, confortable, beaucoup de rangement, bon lit, large terrasse très agréable, changement de draps et serviettes au milieu de la semaine, sechoir à cheveux. Très propre à l'interieur, bonnes réponses de la responsable à nos questions et elle nous a réservé le taxi pour aller à l'aéroport. Bien situé, nombreux commerces à proximité et à 5 minutes du Vatican. Les moins: Accueuil difficile, la responsable attendait dans l'appartement et non dans le hall et nous n'avions pas le no de l'appartement, pas de micro-onde, pas de sacs poubelle, pas de savon pour la laveuse, pas d'informations sur le fonctionnement des appareils (laveuse, télé). La vue de chacune des pièces est terrible sauf la vue du salon et de la salle à manger donnant sur le balcon et la vue du balcon sont bonnes. Pour la suite, j'accorde le benefice du doute au proprietaire qui ne vit pas sur place mais les extérieurs : terrasse, table d'appoint extérieure, grillages metalliques de protection et les volets sont TRES sales. Il faudrait revoir l'entente avec le personnel d'entretien.

Gute Lage mit schöner Stadtterrasse an der Grenze zum Vatikan

Gute Lage nahe am Petersdom. Uns hat die zentrale aber wenig touristische Lage gut gefallen. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche besteht noch Luft nach oben. Auch das Vorhandensein von privaten Gegenständen (wenn auch z.T. hoch im Regal gelagert aber sichtbar) stört etwas. Würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung ganz gut.

Uns hat es gefallen

Vielleicht ist das Objekt nicht jedermanns Sache ,da es direkt an der Straße liegt und immer ziemlich laut ist ,die meisten Fenster haben nur Blick auf Müll, der einzig schöne Ausblick ist auf der Terrasse - man schaut auf die Mauern vom Vatikan aber auch hier schaut man auf die Hauptstraße. Wir fanden die Lage gut waren auch mit der Ausstattung zufrieden. Allerdings ist die Dusche nicht schließbar und auch nur für schlanke Menschen zu betreten 😂 Uns hat das alles nicht viel ausgemacht - Zugegeben für den Preis könnte man eventuell etwas besseres erwarten. In der Beschreibung stand etwas von privaten Parkplatz der war nicht vorhanden allerdings gibt es vor der Tür Parkmöglichkeiten die scheinbar ganz sicher sind und auch kein Geld gekostet haben. Wir würden trotz der Mängel wiederkommen

schönes Apartment mit großer Terrasse und perfekter Lage

Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in Rom, Maurizio war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Terrasse ist super und sehr schön groß. In der Nähe befindet sich alles, was man braucht: Supermärkte, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Auch die Bahnstation ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir konnten direkt vor der Tür auf einem großen Parkplatz kostenfrei parken, das war sehr praktisch. Die Ausstattung könnte ein bisschen moderner sein, auf der Terrasse wären Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm noch praktisch. Sonst alles top!

Agréable séjour

Le logement est très bien placé, juste a côté du Vatican et a 10 min à pieds des portes du centre historique. La terrasse est un véritable + pour le l'appartement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

L’appartement est très bien situé,à deux pas de la place st pierre au Vatican.quartier tranquille avec des commerces à proximité. Grande et belle terrasse. Communication fluide et hôte charmant et très arrangeant.
