A delightful 2-bedroom corner bungalow with a lovely private pool in a quiet location. Ideally located just a 2-minute walk from local amenities, shops, bars, and restaurants. Very well furnished and fully equipped with air conditioning.

As you enter the property, you’ll find a nice outdoor area with a BBQ on the left and an outdoor dining table for four, shaded by an awning, along with a lovely swimming pool on the right. The perfect place for the whole family.

A few steps further, you’ll find an upper front terrace with a dining table for four, a coffee table, three comfortable single-seater sofas, and sliding glass doors. Once inside the property, a comfortable three-seater sofa and a single-seater sofa in front of a fireplace await you for some cozy, relaxing time. The living room is also equipped with an LED TV and air conditioning.

Further inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and fridge-freezer. A nice breakfast bar with two bar stools separates the living room from the kitchen. The door in the kitchen leads to an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and microwave.

Through the living room, you’ll have access to the bedrooms and the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms feature a double bed, a built-in closet, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, all maintained in a neat and tidy style.

The property is provided with bed linens for each bed and two towels per guest.
