This newly built semi-detached holiday home is located in the exclusive gated community of Residencial Allegra in the popular town of Ciudad Quesada. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and access to two beautiful communal pools, this property is the perfect choice for those seeking a modern and safe holiday home close to all amenities.

Upon entering the property's grounds, you will be greeted by a charming garden area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a couple of sun loungers. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a 3-seater chaise lounge sofa and a glass dining table for inside dining. The open-plan living area also includes a fully fitted American kitchen with a counter, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The back door leads to a carport, providing convenient off-road parking.

On the first floor, you will find both bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the communal pool. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a small balcony. You also have access to a roof-top solarium with sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the warm Spanish weather in privacy.

The property is equipped with all necessary amenities such as air conditioning, 2 LED TVs, high-speed internet, a dishwasher, washing machine, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking and is proximity to one of the pools will be a deciding factor if you want to close to the pool especially if you want to keep an eye on the little ones!
