Summary:
Forget your worries in this spacious remodeled home right next to Beaver lake and 1 mile from Prairie Creek Marina. The house is completely remodeled and has a brand new master bedroom suite with a custom shower. There are 3 bedrooms with 7 beds. The entire upstairs is a large bedroom with 4 beds.

The kitchen boasts an island and everything you need to enjoy meals before or after a day at the lake.

The Space:
This large 3 bedroom house has something for everyone. It is the perfect getaway location right next to Beaver Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee and a partial view of the lake from the sun room in front of the house.

The large living room has a 70' smart TV, comfortable couches and a large play area.
The spacious sunroom has plenty of seating area facing the north where you can relax. It has a partial lake view in the winter.

The master bedroom is enormous and has its own private bathroom with a dual vanity and desk. The 2nd bedroom also has a private bathroom and private access to the back deck. A large room upstairs houses 2 double beds and a bunk bed, plus a half bath.

Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house.

Other Things to Note:
- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

Half way okay property

Nice neighborhood. Close to enough to Rogers AR to allow ease of access to attractions and shopping. We feel the owner wasnt completely honest amenities the propery provided. The internet was so slow it was almost nonexistent. There was very little kitchen necessities to cook a complete meal. One shower kept backing up. Some furniture was wobbly. Otherwise great space for a family of 8 to spread out and be comfortable. Our recommendation would be half yes and half no to staying at this property.

Beaver Lake Weekend with family friends

When we arrived at the property (middle of August, 100+ degree temps outside) we were less than enthusiastic that the AC was not working (88 degrees inside). My husband who is pretty handy began looking for solutions (having worked HVAC in grad school he was not completely clueless). I contacted the property manager who had to contact the property owner to find where breaker boxes were located. After an hour we were informed we would need to go outside by the unit’s condenser to located the breaker box the HVAC unit was fed from. My husband had to go do this in a rain storm; coming away with new leather shoes covered in mud. Although Hector (property manager) was polite and professional at first, he quickly became agitated with me over the phone; almost like the AC was our problem to deal with not his. I mentioned if the property had been checked prior to our arrival this would have been remedied prior to our arrival and possibly avoided. At that point the conversation escalated and we seriously considered finding alternative accommodations. It was over 24hours before we could get the property at a comfortable temperature. Our kids had allocated beds upstairs and were disappointed the bunk beds shown online have been separated. It’s a nice property but we will never rebook simply because of our experience with check-in and our experience with Hector.

Best of the Best

This is our second time staying at this property. The cleanliness and organization of this house is amazing. There is a huge fenced in yard for your pet which our dog loves when we come to Northwest Arkansas. We won’t have to search for a place to stay! Very close to the lake And close to Prairie Creek, which is a great place for morning walks with the dog! We will be back

Great stay

The property manager was very communicative and able to provide excellent and timely details about the property. The house was very clean and well kept. You can tell great care was taken to make the place look and feel homey. The only minor inconveniences we noted were that the code to enter is 9 digits which is very difficult to remember and it auto locks so we had to ensure we had our phones to recall the long code. There weren't quite enough towels for all of us so we did the laundry, which is provided onsite as is the soap. There were very few pans/pots so we had to get creative about cooking as it was limited. There was some dog hair on the comforter, however, I forgot to check if it was pet friendly so that was entirely on me. Lastly the eco mode of the thermostat was set very high so after coming in from the lake we were greeted by an 85 degree house and even warmer loft area that required some time to cool down. Overall the house was well located in a very pretty subdivision and the driveway easily accommodated the two vehicles we had with us. The neighborhood is beautiful and very hilly. The lake was a quick trip away and so much fun to be out on. The owners were excellent and the house, as I mentioned, was clean and layout nice to accommodate a group. They had fans in 2/3 bedrooms and the AC quickly cooled off the house. I would stay here again if in the area.

Home Away From Home on Beaver Lake

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this house on Beaver Lake. We were visiting family in several locations across northwest Arkansas, so Beaver Lake was good, central location. The home was immaculate and spacious, and the layout allowed each of our two kids to have their own space. The fenced backyard was a great pet-friendly feature, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again in the future.
