Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in an I renovated room - rust in the sink, mold/mildew in the bathtub caulking, stains on the carpet and a bad odor in the room. The room was by the parking lot so I was woken up by loud diesel trucks that started idling at 4:30 a.m. I had booked 3 nights and after 1 night I decided to leave early. No one at the front desk so I left a note. Later I called to explain why and was told they would not refund me for the 2 nights I didn’t stay but would offer me a credit to return for 2 nights. I declined. Very poor customer service, rarely is anyone at the front desk, there is no email and when you call no one picks up and there is no option for voicemail. The bar needs to be raised for what’s acceptable in an unrenovated room.

Reminds me of old construction camp

I arrived in town late and this was what was available. only reason to stay. Reminded me of an old construction camp. If you do not expect much you will not be disappointed.

Terrible smell in the room, had to air it out everyday. The tub had some hair in it when I arrived and when I was checking the mattress, a coffee stir stick came out from under the mattress.. cobwebs in corners and from vents. Staff was nice, but ultimately I ended up leaving a day early, with out reimbursement of my last day. Won't be going back there. I stayed in the main portion of the inn. The pictures do NOT look anything like the room I stayed in. It was dated. Mattress was uncomfortable and sheets were stained. There was hair under the bed. I did some cleaning prior to bringing my stuff in as I couldn't cancel due to booking thru a third party (Expedia). Only plus was it's close to where I was working for the week.
