The condominium building is located just across a small, quiet street from the beach, with direct access via a short set of rock steps next to the Beach Toy Library. For guests who need a ramp or prefer easier beach access, there is a designated entry point near the red caboose, approximately 1-2 blocks away.

Please note: There is a single row of houses and some overhead phone wires between the building and the beach. However, our fifth-floor condo offers beautiful views of the ocean through large picture windows.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. Be sure to allow extra time to get downstairs (elevator or stairs) for pet breaks. Please pick up after your pet. A waste station and popular doggy area are located across the street near the beach path. Rockaway Beach is very pet-friendly, but as of now, there’s no dog park—just a big, beautiful beach to enjoy (on leash)!I

It was amazing and we loved our place . the view was beautiful and with all u needed to make our stay east. short walk to beach . Place was fully equiped with everything we needed and it as so nice to have elevator access to our room. lots of towels and lots of dishes available for our stay. We will be back.

Wonderful property layout. Quiet and nicely updated with proper safety features for littles that made me feel welcomed and cared for. My only knock on this property- is the lack of A/C throughout the condo- especially the bedrooms. Would reconsider booking in the fall/winter next time to avoid 84 degree stuffy hot bedrooms.
