Quiet even by the airport. Easy to get in to Rochester and surrounding places. Easy available parking. Loved the pool, steam room and sauna….really missed the hot tub/jacuzzi as it was not working. Great variety and quality at breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great service from the reception staff, clean and tidy bedroom with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Shame about the tatty looking walkways and the stench of marijuana in the corridors.

Really tired, shabby and pretty dirty

Hotel very tired, we stayed in a premium room which was not very clean, water pressure was dreadful, to signal kept cutting out, bathroom was very shabby,pool area was not very clean and staff in Spa not at all helpful. I am amazed that this is an IHG hotel
