This hotel stay was amazing! We stayed in one of their suites and it was everything, from the kitchen with utensils supplied and the full fridge, all the way to to beds. I would highly recommend this to anyone

Customer service improvement

There were good food options but the fruit was brown and mushy. The bagels were frozen which I didn't care for. They should have set them out so they could defrost. The lady who was helping in the kitchen area was extremely rude to several customers. If you are not a morning person or having a bad day, just remember its not everyone else fault. As for the beds in the room one of our beds were okay. While the other was terrible. It had a big dip in it so they definitely need to replace that one. The pull out sofa was standard.

The spa was making a lot of noise, and splashing water everywhere.1st breakfast was not good. 2nd day was way better. Location is amazing though.

This is the third time staying here and we love it. It so convenient to be right off the highway, the place is super clean, staff is great and breakfast is really good.

Never go to this place they have given thee HC room internal doors are very nasty carpet is smells broken beds nasty pillows horrible stay.
