There are roaches. I found two in the bathroom tub when I woke up at night. I thought maybe they came up from the drain. Then when I woke up at around 5:30 am and sat up I found a roach on my pillow. I wonder if it was crawling on me all night long? My daughter hurried to get out. As we left I saw another roach crawling up the wall. I let your staff know as we left.

Conveniently next to the I-91, but still quiet and did not feel highway presence. Thanks to the staff for a clean and friendly stay. The conditions of the room and amenities perfectly match expectations.

Cons: Overall maintenance of facility. A/C did not work. Vent was extremely dirty. Bathroom doorknob was close to falling off. Carpet was filthy.
Would not recommend this facility! Badly in need of updating or, at the very least, a deep cleaning and overall maintenance review.

Needed local place to stay while visiting family

Pros: The convenience to where I needed to be and the price. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The power to the outlets needs to be maintained and checked to make sure things like the refrigerator works.
My daughters and I are from Las Vegas and were visiting some family that lives in Norco -- real close to this hotel and we just needed a place to rest and sleep for the one night. We arrived late to check in and that process was just okay because we had to stand outside the office at the window in a neighborhood area that does not seem really safe. It would have been better if the staff in the office area would have verified we had a reservation and then let me come in to do the check in process. Instead my male cousin felt the need to stay with me until we were all checked in. When we got to the room it was as I expected (size of beds and room, etc). We were tired and so pretty much went right to sleep. The beds were comfortable but the only problem was that most of the outlets were not working and most important the ones for the refrigerator were not working at all so we were not able to refrigerate the food we had brought with us on our trip (nor were we able to freeze our ice packs). However, the free breakfast was fulfilling -- and one of the staff members even helped me to bring up food to my daughters in our room (as they were still sleeping when the breakfast time was almost over). Overall the hotel was what we expected other than the inconvenience of the non-working outlets. It appears they are trying to revamp the hotel to make it more appealing and it seems okay, but this would be something that needs to be fixed. Kathy from LV
